SDI (Structure Diagnostic Ingénierie) is a Consulting & Design office which assembles senior engineers being educated in “grandes écoles” (INSA, ENPC…) with working experiences in France Paris regions (Ile de France) but we are pleased to carry on business throughout France
I. Administrative construction files
- Establishing the construction permit for expanding, building extra floors; veranda or swimming pool, ect. For the structures with gross floor area SHON above 170m2, our partner – an Architecture company (Société d'Architecte Bernard BOULLIER) will scrutinize and validate the documents before submitting to the local Town Hall (Marie)
- Establishing Prior Notification for the expansion of structures whose areas are below 20m2 or for the reparation of boundary wall, roof, façade, ect+ Survey & measuring the disorders
+ Proposing investigation and/or realizing necessary survey tools
+ Determining the causes
+ Recommending optimized resolutions
+ Establishing final report
III. Structure calculations
+ Computing foundation (shallow/deep) + Computing & establishing drawings of reinforced concrete; prestressed concrete; and steel & wood constructions.
+ Scrutinizing & validating calculations and construction designs
Duration: 1-3 weeks depending particular activities

+ Construction permit (SHON < 170m2) : 450 Euros
+ Prior Notice : 250 Euros
+ Diagnostic and recommendation of solutions to reparation & restoration ruined structures: 500 Euros
+ Calculating & establishing drawings for foundation system : from 500€
+ Calculating & establishing the construction drawings of the entire project: 3% of total expenditures of construction.
